I had to come here to hype up Tomas because this man is a GEM. I reached out to him on Saturday after hearing about him through a recommendation, and by MONDAY (yes, like 2 days later) he was already in my yard kicking ass. In just 4 hours he completely transformed the wild, overgrown corner of my yard. we’re talking piles of debris, bushes that were so overgrown they looked like they should be in jurassic park, and trees covered in ivy so thick it was basically a part of the tree. He made it look easy.

I was upfront with Tomas about my budget, and he was so understanding and willing to work with me to make sure he could give me the most work possibly for what I could spend. That kind of honesty and flexibility is rare, and I appreciated it more than I can say.

I first found this legend on TaskRabbit for what I thought was a simple yard job: driveway weeding, a small tree removed, raking, leaf blowing, and hauling everything to the compost dump. He knocked it out so fast and clean that I kept finding more things for him to do—pressure washing sidewalks, clearing mud from curbs, painting doorframes black, assembling shelves and tables—you name it, Tomas handled it.

When it came time to move houses, he showed up with his truck and straps like it was nothing. And when we suddenly needed a last-minute model for a T-shirt brand? Tomas didn’t just step in—he crushed it in front of the camera.

I wish giving six stars was possible because Tomas was AMAZING today! His communication was excellent leading up to today as well as giving me a heads up that he was on his way over. My interior designer and I had a long list of tasks to get done, and we figured we would get through a couple of them in the time we had. Tomas worked hard, efficiently, and with an amazing attitude the entire time. At the end of the two hours., he had everything done! He helped haul up a dresser, two heavy nightstands, moved a king-size headboard, installed feet and the drawers for the dresser, took down a mounted 65"TV, a second left over TV mount, patched the holes, and replaced two light fixtures with new ones! Wow! This is the second time I've hired Tomas, and I'm very glad I did. When my next project comes up, Tomas will be my first call. He should be yours as well; you won't find better! This is my second time hiring Tomas, he's absolute great to work with. Incredibly competent, knows a lot about plants and yard work, and an unbelievably hard worker.

We communicated in advance about the potential for crummy weather and travel delays. He showed up on time and ready to work (and brought his own tools!), jumped right into helping dig out a well-established fig tree. He listened to instructions and requests, worked well with the other taskers I had hired to hep move things, and successfully got the tree out of the ground undamaged! Tomas does such great work! I can't recommend him enough. He is very Communicative and always checks on the priorities of the job. When I mentioned I wanted the driveway to be power washed he let me know that he has a high powered one that he could bring and I could rent for the job for only $20. Such a great deal and it made a world of difference! My driveway was practically black and now it is cement again. There is now more moss and algae on the back patio or stairs, and he was able to pull two plants that were nuisances. Works quickly and does great work. Will definitely hire him again if I need to.
